Our story

A cherished gathering place for generations.

Established in 1991 by the Jones family. In 2019, Macy and Jerrid Colman proudly continued that legacy, preserving the warm hospitality and welcoming atmosphere that has made this restaurant a local favorite for decades.

It offers more than just a meal — it offers a place to slow down, connect and create memories. Loyal customers return year after year, bringing children, grandchildren and friends to gather around our tables and enjoy great food and even better company.

We don't take reservations for regular tables — come on out and we'll get you seated. Fridays and Saturdays fill up early, so an earlier table is a smart bet. For private parties, give us a call.

A 15% gratuity is added for parties of 6 or more.

Frequently asked questions

Do you take reservations?
Not for regular tables — we keep it first come, first served so nobody's turned away for not planning ahead. Thursday nights and the early part of the evening are the easiest. Friday and Saturday get busy around 6, and you may wait a little; we'll get you seated as quick as we can, and it's worth it. Planning a private party or a big group? Give us a call at (229) 246-7303 and we'll set the room up for you.
Where exactly are you?
249 Bethany Church Road, Brinson, Georgia — roughly 15 minutes west of downtown Bainbridge. The last stretch is a country road, and yes, you're in the right place. Look for the welcome sign and the log cabin.
What are your hours?
Thursday and Friday from 5:00 to 9:00pm, and Saturday from 4:30 to 9:00pm. We're closed Sunday through Wednesday. Holiday weekends can change — we post those on Facebook.
Can I get it to go?
Yes. Call (229) 246-7303 during open hours and we'll have it ready for pickup.
Is it family friendly?
Very. High chairs are available, the dining room is loud in the good way, and there is room for big tables.
